Kim van der Zande

Kim van der Zande is a seasoned entrepreneur and growth leader with a strong background in digital marketing, data, and customer engagement. Holding a BSc in Social Psychology and an MSc in Economic Psychology (cum laude), Kim has always been fascinated by the intersection of human behavior and business growth. He co-founded FLXone, Europe’s first Customer Data Platform, where he served as CCO until the acquisition by Teradata (NASDAQ: TDC). There he went on to lead commercial and innovation teams across the world, to build & implement customer-centric marketing strategies for top global brands. Moving into new ventures, Kim was instrumental in the growth of Fintech startup Floryn (winning the DDMA Young Talent Award for Best use of data) and founded & sold service marketplace CHEFSTBL. Returning to his Marketing Technology "roots" at NeoDay as Chief Commercial Officer, Kim is channelling his expertise to disrupt loyalty. His career demonstrates a consistent passion for using data and technology to create more meaningful customer experiences, whether through marketing automation, omni-channel engagement, or disruptive loyalty platforms. By combining his entrepreneurial drive with his psychological insights, Kim helps brands move beyond transactions to build lasting customer relationships.
