La Place: A Dutch QSR Icon Since 1987
La Place is a real Dutch icon in the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) industry, known for fresh, market-style food made in front of guests. Founded in 1987, it focuses on quality and a welcoming self-service dining experience.
"With NeoDay we can (re-)engage our guests and offer a great experience. We serve our guests with relevant campaigns, and generate incremental revenue on top of our existing business, without adding complexity for our teams." - Lindsey Visser (Marketing Manager @La Place)

From problem to results
The Problem
La Place relied on generic discounts that treated every guest the same. There was no easy way to reward loyal guests personally or to encourage them to visit across different moments of the day, and marketing had no fast way to launch campaigns without IT support.
The solution
NeoDay's Loyalty Growth Engine powered La Place's program, migrating the existing member base and going fully live in just 10 weeks. From that point, La Place could personalize digital offers based on real guest behavior and launch new loyalty campaigns within days, without IT dependency.
The results
La Place added an average of 2,110 new members per month and launched more than 20 campaigns in the first 12 months. The "Enjoy every moment" campaign lifted visit frequency by 52% and spend by 20%, reactivated 11,140 lapsed members, and drove a 219% increase in revenue from additional dinner visits.

Driving visit frequency with a behavior-based challenge
The "Enjoy every moment" campaign showed what happens when loyalty gives guests a real reason to come back. The 41-day challenge rewarded its 21,720 participants for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner moments. Participants visited 52% more frequently and spent 20% more per head than comparable guests who did not take part. The biggest shift came at dinner, La Place's highest-value moment, where evening visits grew 3 times faster and revenue from those extra diners rose 219%.

Launching campaigns in days, without IT dependency
Because the platform put campaign control in marketing's hands, La Place could act on real guest behavior instead of waiting on development cycles. Personalized offers went live in days rather than weeks, letting the team test and scale more than 20 campaigns in a single year. That speed is what turned loyalty from a fixed discount into a flexible growth engine, all without adding complexity for the teams.
