We already have our own app, can we add loyalty on top of it, without getting rid of our app?

The NeoDay SDK allows cinemas to seamlessly integrate a full-featured loyalty program into their existing mobile apps or websites, whether on iOS, Android, or web. It enables native integration of loyalty elements like points, tiers, rewards, digital coupons, and gamified experiences such as scratch cards or stamp cards. All business logic like earning rules, redemption flows, and campaign triggers, is managed centrally in the NeoDay back office, so the SDK handles only the presentation layer.

Can we reward customers for both ticket purchases and concessions, and how are those rewards redeemed?
